Bold Toad Foundation is in its earliest stages. Here's where we stand and how you can help.
Bold Toad Foundation is a newly formed Delaware nonstock corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. We intend to apply for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Until we receive our IRS determination letter, we are not soliciting tax-deductible contributions. All current operations are funded by the founder's personal resources and volunteer labor.
Bold Toad Foundation has not yet been recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3). Contributions made prior to a determination are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible. We will update this page when our status changes.
We're building something new, and there are meaningful ways to contribute that don't involve a checkbook.
If you're a developer, designer, data scientist, or technologist who cares about the nonprofit sector, your skills are the most valuable thing you can offer. We welcome conversations about volunteer collaboration.
Are you a nonprofit struggling with a technology problem? Tell us about it. Understanding real needs is how we decide what to build next. Your experience directly shapes our roadmap.
If you believe in what we're building, tell other nonprofits about us. The more organizations we connect with, the better we can understand and serve the sector's needs.
Once Bold Toad Foundation receives its IRS determination letter, we'll open appropriate channels for tax-deductible contributions. We'll be transparent about how funds are used, what our operating costs look like, and where contributions go. In the meantime, if you're interested in supporting our work in the future, we'd love to start a conversation.
